A twelve country consortium participate to this program funding whoch purpose is to promote new european projects in the field of nanoscience. An annual program call on different topics is proposed each spring.

France (pilote), Germany, Italy, Great-Britain, The Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Danemark, Finland and Israel. Portugal, Poland and Slovakia are also associated to the program
