This workshop will bring together about 80 students, postdocs and senior scientists working on solid state quantum information systems both in theory and experiment and will include oral presentations and a poster session. It will provide us with the opportunity to present our latest results, discuss our progress and will hopefully stimulate new ideas and concepts.

The majority of the oral presentations will be given by members of SOLID but the program will include other highlight talks, selected from submitted abstracts. An afternoon session with posters and laboratory visits will be held on Wednesady 23th February. In order to promote strong collaboration and create new relationships, we will organise a workshop banquet in downtown Grenoble and a one-day excursion in Chamrousse ski station Thursday 24th.
